ARCHITECTURE CAMP IN TANZANIA
As part of her work with the Olive Branch during summer 2017, Kujenga Fellow Molly Felde ran a month-long introduction to design workshop with the Zion Home kids. They learned the fundamentals of drawing, critical thinking about space and materials, and finished by developing their own design projects.
In fall 2015, Claudia taught an M.Arch level studio at the Boston Architectural College, on the subject of inventive building within the constraints of a site in rural Tanzania. Students were presented with TOBFC's real site and program requirements, and were encourage to think holistically about design and construction processes.
